Getting started is easy!
Book a free 30-minute consultation call with one of our coaches. This is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, discuss your goals, answer your questions, and determine whether the program is the right fit for you.
Choose your coaching package. If you'd like to move forward, we'll guide you through the registration process. Flexible payment options and installments are available if needed.
Complete your in-person assessment. Before beginning training, you'll meet with your coach for an initial evaluation, including:
Movement and posture assessment
Body composition measurements
Cardiovascular fitness assessment
Goal-setting and lifestyle discussion
Training and injury history review
Start your coaching journey! Once your assessment is complete, you'll receive your personalized plan and begin training with ongoing support, accountability, and progress tracking.
