5KM group run along the Lachine Canal
Women-only environment
Pacers for different running paces
Beginner-friendly (run/walk option available)
Stretch & warm-up at the studio

A supportive and motivating community
We’ll meet at Boost St-Henri, where you can leave your belongings, warm up, and stretch before heading out. After the run, we’ll come back to the studio to cool down and hang out.
Schedule:
8:00 AM – Meet at the studio & warm-up
8:15 AM – Start of the run (5KM)
~9:00 AM – Return, stretch & chill
9:30 AM – End (perfect time for brunch or your Sunday reset )
Ticket:
$5 per session
Includes: snacks, drinks, music & vibes
